The TONiC FS encoder system has been certified by Renishaw plc, reference certificate number FSC001, as being suitable for use in a Category 3 performance level d (PLd) application in compliance with ISO 13849-1 and in a safety integrity level 2 (SIL2) application in compliance with IEC 61508-1 and IEC 61800-5-2.
RESOLUTE FS Siemens DRIVE-CLiQ
The RESOLUTE FS Siemens DRIVE-CliQ encoder system has been certified by Renishaw plc, reference certificate number FSC004, as being suitable for use in a Category 3 performance level d (PLd) application in compliance with ISO 13849-1 and in a safety integrity level 2 (SIL2) application in compliance with IEC 61508-1 and IEC 61800-5-2.
RESOLUTE FS BiSS® Safety
The RESOLUTE FS BiSS Safety encoder system has been certified by Renishaw plc, reference certificate number FSC002, as being suitable for use in a Category 3 performance level d (PLd) application in compliance with ISO 13849-1 and in a safety integrity level 2 (SIL2) application in compliance with IEC 61508-1 and IEC 61800-5-2.
FORTiS FS

Functional safety certificate
Renishaw plc is certified by the CSA Group, reference functional safety certificate CASS 00023, to self-certify their functional safety products up to SIL3 and PLe.
