Easily remove fluorescent backgrounds
Removing simple or complex backgrounds from your spectral data is now just a button click away. Renishaw's proprietary Intelligent Fitting is one of four different options provided in Renishaw's WiRE™ software to remove any unwanted fluorescence background. It is completely automated, and removes backgrounds consistently and repeatably.
You can use Intelligent Fitting on a single spectrum or multi-spectra datasets (including time series, temperature series and maps); this saves you the time of having to manually and subjectively remove backgrounds.
Focus on the Raman bands
Renishaw has developed Intelligent Fitting specifically to remove fluorescent backgrounds from Raman spectra. The result is a flat spectrum with just the Raman information, no matter how complex the background shape.
