Please provide us with your instrument's serial number if you need support; this will enable us to help you quickly.
Serial numbers are made up of either five characters consisting of a number, then a letter, followed by three numbers (e.g. 2Y986), or a five digit number preceded with the letter H or G (e.g. H24985).

The location of the serial number label is dependent on the type of Renishaw Raman spectrometer.
inVia series confocal Raman microscopes
The serial number label is located on the right hand side of the instrument near the mains connector bracket. An example label is shown in the image below.
RA802 Pharmaceutical Analyser
The serial number label is located on the rear panel of the instrument. An example label is shown in the image below.
RM series instruments
The serial number label is located on the left hand side of the instrument, facing the microscope and beneath the mains connector bracket. An example label is shown in the image below.
